Antti Pulkkinen

Associate Professor/Associate Director of IACS

Dr. Pulkkinen's research involves studies of space weather and its impact on the manmade technology both in space and on the surface of the Earth. Recent work includes studies of automatic determination of coronal mass ejection properties from coronagraph imagery and usage of large scale space plasma simulations in predicting space weather impact on high voltage power transmission grids.
